Description of corrective dermatology procedures

Odstranění benigních (nezhoubných) projevů elektrokauterem

The electrocautery allows the removal of benign moles and skin growths by thermal destruction. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and takes a few minutes. A scab remains at the treatment site, which detaches within 7-10 days.

After the procedure it is necessary to protect the treated area from the sun!

Odstranění projevů stárnutí kůže

During rejuvenation, we remove a large number of cosmetically unacceptable manifestations (growths, warts, moles, veins and vascular nodules) on a larger area of the body, e.g. of the torso by abrasion, electrocautery or laser. It is a more time-consuming procedure, the advantage is the removal and healing of all manifestations at once. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, after the treatment the doctor will recommend a healing cream or topping for the treated areas.

After the procedure it is necessary to protect the treated area from the sun!

Excize (vyříznutí) znamínek z kosmetické indikace

Surgical excision of moles in local anaesthesia of the lesion by injection. Depending on the extent, the wound is left to heal freely (usually manifestations up to 5 mm) or sutured. In the face and on some areas of the body where there is not much skin traction (armpits, abdomen, neck, décolleté), we perform a plastic suture (suturing inside the skin with a better aesthetic result of the subsequent scar), after which the scar is more cosmetically acceptable.

After the procedure it is necessary to protect the treated area in the sun!

Aplikace botulotoxinu – korekce vrásek, odstranění nadměrného pocení

Through botulinum toxin, unwanted facial wrinkles can be removed, especially in the upper part of the face, i.e. horizontal wrinkles on the forehead, wrinkles between the eyebrows, on the sides of the eyes, turn up the corners of the mouth. This method can also eliminate excessive sweating. The principle is a temporary interruption of the transmission of the impulse between the nerve and the muscle that fixes the mimic wrinkle or a block in the transmission of the mediator in the sweat gland. Botulinum toxin is injected with a fine needle and in a very small safe dose, the pain is minimal, after the procedure a slight redness or a small hematoma may persist for a few minutes. Any slight asymmetry of the treated area can be corrected 1-3 weeks after the first application. After the application, it is necessary to train the treated area, the effect occurs within 3-5 days and lasts 4-6 months.

After the treatment, it is necessary to have an upright head position for 4 hours, not to lie down or bend over, not to exercise for 1-2 days after the treatment and not to massage the treated area for 14 days.

Aplikace výplňových materiálů (kyselina hyaluronové) – korekce vrásek

Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide that is a natural part of the intercellular tissue of living organisms. It is non-toxic, does not cause allergic reactions and allows a very natural-looking filling of skin wrinkles, folds and scars. It is used to correct nasolabial folds, wrinkles on the chin, cheeks, to model and enlarge lips. The procedure is performed after numbing the treated area with an anaesthetic cream, in case of application to the lips, dental injection numbing is used. After the procedure, slight redness and swelling may sometimes persist for a short time (more so with lip correction), which quickly disappears. The result can be seen immediately after application and consulted with a doctor. The overall effect of the treatment lasts 9-18 months depending on the location and individual skin condition.

After the treatment, we recommend to skip exercise for 1-2 days, protect yourself from the sun for a week and avoid major heat fluctuations (e.g. sauna).

Odstranění žilek termodestrukcí kauterem nebo laserem (v obličeji, dekoltu, na stehnech)

Removal of dilated veins in the face and décolleté is performed by electrocautery without numbness or with local anaesthetic cream. After the procedure, we recommend not to soak the manifestations for 2-3 days and not to bleed the treated area (do not exercise, drink hot drinks, alcohol, etc.). After the treatment, your doctor will recommend a healing cream or a topping for the treated areas. Tiny scabs may persist for a few days, which can be covered with concealing make-up 2-3 days after treatment.

After the procedure it is necessary to protect the treated area from the sun!

Kryostimulace (prokrvení vlasové pokožky při zvýšeném vypadávání vlasů)

Short-term freezing (with liquid nitrogen) and subsequent blood supply to the scalp during increased hair loss. A more vigorous application with subsequent redness of the skin and desquamation is used in the treatment of acne or rosacea similar to chemical peels.

Chemický peeling

Chemical peels are used to remove hyperpigmentation, improve acne symptoms, firm and rejuvenate the skin. The action of fruit acids, trichloroacetic acid or retinol disrupts the superficial layers of the skin, subsequently peeling them off and inducing regeneration. The procedure takes a few minutes. After application, some types of peels are neutralized with an alkaline solution, while others leave the acid in. Immediately after the treatment, the skin is reddened, small blisters may appear, which will heal in 4 -5 days with scabs. After treatment, antiseptic and regenerative creams are used to speed up healing.

After the procedure it is necessary to protect the treated area in the sun!

Radiofrekvence

Radiofrequency is high-frequency electromagnetic energy that is produced when charged particles pass through a closed circuit. Radiofrequency is generally classified among the so-called. high-frequency therapies, which are suitable for warming up the body due to their predominant thermal effects. The aim of this treatment is to tighten, rejuvenate and firm the skin. The production of your own collagen is kick-started, blood flow to the tissues is improved, free radicals are eliminated and the amount of fat is reduced.

We treat the face and neck , but it is also possible to improve the abdomen, buttocks and arms.

The effect persists for 6-12 months. The procedure lasts 20 min and the recommended number of treatments is 6-8. The treatment is pleasant and has nice results.

Sklerotizace žilek na stehnech, bércích

Removal of dilated veins on the lower limbs by applying Aethoxysclerol solution, which causes them to “glue” together. The procedure can be performed after topical application of numbing cream and elastic bandages are left on for 2 days after the procedure, which should then be worn for at least 14 days during the day. There may be temporary bruising. It is recommended to skip intensive sports even 1-2 weeks after the treatment. For a better final effect, this procedure can be combined with IPL treatment.

IPL ošetření (intenzivní pulzní světlo)

IPL belongs to the so-called. non-laser light sources, emitting electromagnetic waves in the range of approximately 420 to 1200 nm. Thanks to its range of wavelengths, IPL targets melanin, haemoglobin and tissue water. By using a pre-selected and pre-set wavelength, the IPL device can remove hyperpigmentation, veins, venektasia or excessive hair. It is also suitable for the treatment and prevention of acne symptoms. At the same time, it has a regenerative effect on the skin and thanks to the stimulation of collagen and elastin in the dermis it rejuvenates, brightens and firms the skin. Depending on the extent of the treatment, it can take from a few seconds to several tens of minutes. The applicator tip allows cooling to make the treatment as painless as possible, if necessary, numbing cream can be applied before the procedure. After the procedure, it is recommended to apply a regenerating cream and maximum sun protection (use of photoprotective cream with SPF 50). In order to achieve the best possible result, it is necessary to repeat the procedure about 3-4 times with an interval of about 2-3 weeks, in the case of removal of excessive hair, it is usually necessary to apply at least 6-10 times in order to hit as many hairs as possible in the active phase of growth.

Mezoterapie vlasové pokožky

Hair mesotherapy stops excessive hair loss and restores hair growth. The active ingredients (biomimetic peptides, stem cells, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and reducing agents, PRP ) are applied to the scalp with fine microneedles to revitalize the hair follicles, stimulate blood circulation and improve the nutrition of the hair follicles. At the same time, the product prevents the formation of an enzyme that causes hair loss and stimulates the proliferation of hair cells, which causes the growth of new hair.

Effects:

  • promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss
  • revitalization of hair follicles and significant revitalization of existing f.
  • improving the nutrition and appearance of the hair
  • improving the elasticity and hydration of the scalp
  • promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss
  • revitalization of hair follicles and significant revitalization of existing f.
  • improving the nutrition and appearance of the hair
  • improving the elasticity and hydration of the hair
Treatment:

The application is carried out by injecting nourishing therapeutic cocktails of a patented formula with ultra-fine needles directly into the scalp. This is a very effective treatment in which the necessary substances are applied directly to the areas they nourish.
The active serum is applied once a week. It is necessary to repeat at least 3 to 5 applications. The effect is visible after the third application. Hair loss stops after 3-5 treatments and after 10 treatments hair starts to grow again.

Plazmaterapie

Plasmotherapy is a modern method of anti-aging medicine that uses components of the skin’s own blood to induce skin regeneration. Prior to the procedure, a small amount of approximately 8 ml of blood is drawn, from which platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and growth factors are extracted using a centrifuge. This precious fluid in the skin causes rejuvenation processes, starts regeneration and healing. The entire process of blood collection and subsequent plasma application is carried out in one office. The use of one’s own blood is natural, there is no allergic reactions and no transmission of diseases.

There are several types of plasma therapy. We use PRP tubes from renowned companies, which, thanks to the unique composition of the separation gel, allow us to separate pure plasma without admixture from red and white blood cells. Important is the content of Plus DNA activator, which stimulates growth factors and therefore the effect of the procedure is even more pronounced. Pure blood plasma or in combination with hyaluronic acid is applied. The addition of hyaluronic acid increases the regenerative potential of the plasma and increases the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid, which in turn improves the overall appearance of the treated area. It is mainly used to regenerate the skin on the face, neck, décolleté and hands.

This method is also suitable for increased hair loss.

The plasma therapy procedure is repeated 2-3 times at an interval of three to four weeks. After that, the resulting effect can be expected to last 8-12 months. Plasma rich in special proteins and growth factors is injected using needles or flexible atraumatic cannulas. Before the treatment, during rejuvenation, the areas where the plasma will be applied, e.g. neck, hands, face, can apply anesthetic cream.

Indications for plasma therapy
  • first and second degree thermal skin damage
  • superficial injuries, cuts, abrasions and surgical wounds
  • disorders associated with hair loss, alopecia
  • facial rejuvenation – PRP injections are used in the treatment of wrinkles, photodamaged skin and discoloration (pigment irregularities) in the face in combination with other methods of corrective dermatology correction of scars after an accident or after acne – a combination of PRP, centrifuged adipose tissue and fractionated laser is suitable
  • stretch mark therapy
  • venous and arterial tibial ulcers
  • diabetic ulcers
  • decubitus ulcers (bedsores)
  • acceleration of healing of skin grafts
What are the benefits of plasma therapy?

A great advantage is the use of the patient’s own blood in the therapy, thus eliminating allergic reactions. Plasmotherapy also has a great rejuvenating effect on the skin, improves skin texture and tone, softens fine lines and wrinkles, increases (restores) lost volume through the production and neosynthesis of collagen and elastin and improves the appearance of scars. The healing time is minimal with a natural looking final effect.

Pre-treatment instructions:
  • Do not take Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) 10 days before the procedure. These substances interfere with the function of platelets in the normal process of blood clotting, causing bleeding and bruising (haematomas). You can take acetaminophen (Tylenol or Anacin-3).
  • Eat light, non-fatty foods and stay well hydrated (2 litres of fluid a day is recommended), as a certain amount of blood must be drawn before treatment.

Most patients can go about their normal activities after treatment.

Post-treatment instructions:
  • Do not expose yourself to prolonged sunlight for at least 2 to 3 days.
  • Do not go to the sauna or swim for 2 to 3 days.
  • Do not expose yourself to extremely hot or freezing temperatures or large temperature fluctuations for 2 to 3 days after treatment.
  • Do not exercise or engage in strenuous activities for 24 hours. after the treatment.
  • It does not apply peels, laser treatments, etc. at least 2 weeks after the procedure
